That idea inspired Inside PSI, our signature social media series created by employees, for employees. The series shines a spotlight on colleagues across PSI, giving them the opportunity to share who they are, what they do, and what led them to build their careers at PSI. Through authentic, personal conversations, Inside PSI offers a glimpse behind the scenes and highlights the diverse expertise and personalities that drive our company forward.
In the first season, we had the pleasure of featuring colleagues from our Berlin headquarters with roots spanning the globe, including India, Germany, Pakistan, Chile, Poland, Turkey, and more. Their stories reflect the international and collaborative culture that defines PSI.

José from Chile
José from Chile is an IT Business Consultant in our Process Industries & Metals department. Originally from the country's capital, Santiago, he moved to Berlin four years ago to join PSI. His current favorite project? A green steel plant in Scandinavia.
Akriti from India
Akriti is a Kashmiri Pandit from India. She works as a Program Manager, creating a collaborative space that helps our clients and customers access PSI information seamlessly. In her free time, she enjoys Bollywood dance and is actively involved in Berlin's Indian community.
Rizwan from Pakistan
Rizwan from Lahore, Pakistan, has been working as a Senior Platform Engineer at PSI for over a year. He joined at the very beginning of PSI's cloud migration journey and has been helping shape this transformation ever since. He describes it as a truly collaborative effort across teams.
Anna from Poland
Anna from Poland is an expert in HR Administration. Her career has taken an inspiring path, from studying linguistics with a focus on translation and interpreting to working as a journalist in Poland. Today, she specializes in payroll, supporting colleagues across all our locations and helping them resolve a wide range of HR-related matters.
Serdar from Turkey
Originally from Turkey, educated in the United States, and now living in Germany, Serdar's journey has taken him across continents before ultimately bringing him to PSI. Having previously worked on the client side managing PSI software, he now serves as our Solutions Trainer, helping colleagues, clients, and customers around the world get the most out of our software solutions.
